Lion Bob Peterson achieved a milestone of 50 years of Lions Club membership this year (2023-2024 Lions year).  

The poster that our club gave 1st place has now been judged at the district 2-S3 level as 1st place.   It will be submitted for judging at the state, MD2, level.   Congratulations Teagan. Several members participated in the Men Who Cook event, held 12 October at the Witte Museum, that helped raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of San Antonio.   They got 2nd place for People’s Choice and raised $3928.  

Lion Paul Drush, our club President, sponsored a boy and his family to attend the camp family session in June this summer.   They were guests at our 4 September club meeting and told us about their wonderful experience at Lions Camp and their desire to attend again next summer.
