Donation to SJRC Texas

Scouts and leaders from local Troop 119 again helped our club with our annual fund raiser at Wurstfest by participating in the operation of the Opa and Oma parking lot.  Our club donated funds raised from the parking lot operation to the troop.  Presentation of the donation was made at our 3 January club meeting.

At our April 19th club meeting our guest speaker was Donna Dishman, CEO of Canine Classmates. At our 16 March club meeting, representatives of the PAWS 4 Hearts organization talked about the goals of their charitable organization and serving the New Braunfels and surrounding area by providing therapy dogs for physical and emotional support.
