Our club is again sponsoring 3 girls to attend the Bluebonnet Girls State program. Our donation for sponsorhip was presented to the local American Legion Auxiliary on 15 December at the Post 179.
The Girls State program will take place at Texas Lutheran University.
Our club donated $750 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities San Antonio this holiday season to support their mission of providing a safe and caring home away from home for the families of children receiving essential medical services in San Antonio, Texas. The craft project for the August class was to create a shadow box with a seascape.
