A NEW NAME AND A NEW PLACE!
Every first Monday of the month, the New Braunfels Evening Lions Club invites adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to the Lions Craft House. Hosted at the Westside Library Meeting Room, this free monthly program offers a supportive space for creativity, connection, and fun.
Originally launched and managed by Kim Ha for over three years, who is now a Lion, the program has recently found a new home with the New Braunfels Evening Lions. Our dedicated team of Lion and community volunteers provides a therapeutic, inclusive environment where participants can build new skills and express themselves through art.
More than just a hobby, the Lions Craft House is about enhancing quality of life. By fostering social interaction and independence, we help reduce isolation and give every participant a sense of pride in what they create.
