At our 18 September 2024 club meeting, Cortney and Amanda Kinnan were inducted as new Lions Club members.

Our club has donated a U.S. flag and a Texas state flag to the Comal County Fair Association.   These flags are displayed in the building where youth meet to show their livestock at the Comal County Fair grounds.  

During our annual Awards and Installation Banquet in June, Melvin Jones Fellowship awards to Lion Joe Vasquez and Lion Glenn Herman were announced.  Once the official award packages arrived, these were presented at club meetings to Joe and Glenn.

Lion Paul Drush, our club President, sponsored a boy and his family to attend the camp family session in June this summer.   They were guests at our 4 September club meeting and told us about their wonderful experience at Lions Camp and their desire to attend again next summer.

At our 17 July club meeting, our special guest speaker was District Governor Jeff Kunkel.   Jeff discussed his goals for the district clubs that included growing membership, doing service projects with community awareness, exemplifying to new members our passion to serve our community.    Other special guests were the 1st Vice District Governor Dennis Gutierrez and…
