Lion Paul Drush, our club President, sponsored a boy and his family to attend the camp family session in June this summer. They were guests at our 4 September club meeting and told us about their wonderful experience at Lions Camp and their desire to attend again next summer.
At our club meeting on 16 August 2023, Kimberly Smith was inducted as the newest member of our club. Kimberly, a special ed teacher at Freiheit Elementary school, is sponsored by Lion Paul Drush.
Our Installation and Awards banquet was held June 15th at the Emmie Seele Faust Library building. We were honored to have International Director Lion Ernesto “TJ” Tijerina and his wife Lion Juanita. Lion “TJ” conducted the installation ceremonies as well as talked about some of his rewarding experiences as a Lion and provided guiding words…
