Texas Lions Camp – Workdays March 6 & 7

Our task this year is to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.   Members of the Bulverde and Canyon Lake Noon clubs will be working with us.  About 25 volunteers from the 3 clubs will be needed.

Friday 6 March         6:30pm              arrive at the camp cafeteria to do some of the
preparations for the next day’s breakfast.  1 to 1.5 hours

Saturday 7 March     5:30am              arrive at the camp cafeteria to prepare breakfast for about 300 people

7:00am            breakfast service for about 1 hour, then cleanup

10:30am            prepare lunch

12:00pm            lunch service for about 1 hour, smaller group than at breakfast, then cleanup

2:30pm              work complete, maybe earlier
