Halloween Spirits Roared
In the spirit of serving our community, the club provided treats of various kinds at the following events during Halloween season.
Rock Haus Dance Party
Our club provided pizza and support to benefit the Rock Haus Foundation in New Braunfels. The theme of the party was Halloween and held 23 October in the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Trunk or Treat
This was a Halloween-themed family event that our club held 28 October at the Gruene Lake Village to support the following charitable organizations
St. Judes Ranch for Children (Comal County) SJRC Texas
Steve’s Pantry Steve’s Pantry by Gruene United Methodist Church
New Braunfels Food Bank NB Food Bank
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes were awarded for vehicles decorated for the Halloween season or a favorite theme.
Spooktacular – Downtown NB
Downtown Spooktacular, held 30 October in downtown New Braunfels, offered safe Trick-or-Treating for kids. We had our popup tent to market our club and Lions service. Participating members handed out candy.
Rock Haus Trunk or Treat
This was held at the Rock Haus campus on Halloween. Participating members handed out candy.
