The project of Boy Scout William Wilson as part of earning his Eagle Scout rank is to build a wheelchair ramp for a building at the Heritage Village (Heritage Society of New Braunfels).         Three of the four new members joining August 19th were recruited by Lion Carl Feltner.  For meeting the re-Member goal, District Governor Mike Smith awarded Lion Feltner the District Governor’s Challenge Coin.
